Providers require training that will improve outcomes for children, enhance the quality of early education and assist Providers in setting and achieving their career goals.
Our on-site training facility is equipped with state of the art technology for our Provider’s professional development needs and offers a library of Educational literature and Community resources for parents.
CEES’s Professional Development Specialist, Joanna Doyle, is available to assess Provider’s needs and to assist with designing individualized training tracks for Providers at all stages of their careers.
CEES provides training opportunities for all Family Child Care Providers; from those that are newly licensed to those who have worked in the field for many years.
We also provide technical, multi-lingual and educational support to Providers that are pursuing advanced College Degrees or EEC Lead Teacher Certification.
CEES strives to meet quality standards set forth by the Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) and we support provider participation in EEC quality improvement initiatives such as Universal Pre-Kindergarten (UPK) and the Quality Rating Scale (QRIS) “What is QRIS?”
