Financial Services to Educators - Educators receive daily reimbursement for their services from a team of highly experienced financial experts that perform all aspects of state billing on their behalf. Eliminating hours of time each month from Educator's busy schedules and allowing for more one-on-one time with children. Educators also receive free annual Tax Preparation workshops and individualized consultations.
CEES Home Monitors visit every Family Child Care Home at a minimum of two visits per month to monitor and evaluate curriculum, safety procedures, nutrition, and regulatory compliance.
CEES conducts on-site income-eligibility assessments for parents that may be eligible for Financial Assistance or Child Care Subsidies
All Educators receive a monthly educational curriculum guide that meets the standards for Massachusetts DOE pre-school guidelines. Educators submit monthly curriculum documenting activities to ensure that each child’s developmental needs are met.
Professional Development Training Opportunities CEES mandates and provides a minimum of thirty (30) hours annually of Professional Development Training for all Providers; including access to National Conferences and scholarship opportunities for qualifying individuals.
Monthly workshops on topics ranging from Behavioral Red Flags to Developmentally Appropriate Practices and all areas of Childhood Health and Safety are also open to all parents.
